On Mac, new subscription vaults present and sync, but old password open program

Hi! I hope this is a relatively easy fix. On my wife's computer, she's logged in to our relatively new 1Password account.

Sync both from and to the laptop is working fine.

Everything seems fine, except...

When opening the app, the old password we had used with the standalone license is unlocking the vault, and the new password that is now the password associated with our subscription does not.

I checked in the app, and she's signed in to the 1Password account. The license information also shows up in the menu under File--->License...

Sooooo....how to I get the laptop to forget that we once had a license, and now have a subscription?

    OK...all I had to do was delete the old vault, and I was prompted to enter the subscription password. All is well now.
