I cant choose a vault to import to because it says vault is frozen

    @Hayley: Vaults are never frozen, but a 1Password membership account without a subscription after the trial ends will be. You can subscribe by signing into your account on the website:

    https://start.1password.com/billing

    "Frozen" just restricts the account to read-only, but it will be unfrozen once you have an active membership. I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)
