Refund of Family Subscription?

Hello everybody,
just wanted to know if there is a possibility to get a refund over the remaining subscription time for a family subscription.
My family members decided not to use 1pw, so I'll be the only one left.
For me as a single person 1pw is simply too expensive.
Therefore I'd like to know if I can get a part of my money back (proportionally) when I am going to cancel my current (family) subscription?

    Generally subscription fees are non-refundable but you should be able to change to an individual membership, with the balance applied forward.
