Mac app update screen steals focus

As I was typing, the Mac app discovered there was an update to be had. It opened an update screen, stole the focus away from where I was typing, and put the primary focus on the button that initiates the download. Needless to say, as I was typing and hitting space bar in between words, this initiated the download.

I'm not against keeping my software up to date, but stealing focus in general is pretty bad unless it's in response to a user action (like the shortcuts to open 1Password Mini), and it's worse if you then put it in a position where any keypresses trigger immediate actions.

Please stop the update screen from stealing focus.

@Marten - I'm sorry for the trouble! Hitting your space bar shouldn't have initiated anything; that button requires either a mouse-click or the press of the Return/Enter key, unless you have the settings in Preferences > Updates set to not just check automatically for new versions, but to install them automatically as well. You can change this behavior there as well:

    Hope that helps! :)
