upgraded 1Password-no icon in Safari-using mojave 10.14.5-have rebooted-can not get icon back

using safari 12.1.1 it says no 1password installed have completely shut down and re started the system, no difference at all. the 1Password icon that has always show in Safari is not there at all. How can i get it back

    Welcome to the forum, @begeem! Please open Safari’s Preferences > Extensions and check that the 1Password extension is present and enabled. If it's not enabled, turn it on and restart both 1Password and Safari. Let us know if that works. :)
