Upgrade account managed through Apple subscription

I have a business account that I'd like to link to my personal account. Currently my personal account is an individual account, so I am prompted to upgrade it to a family account. However, I get the following error message: "Billing for your account is managed through an Apple or Google Play subscription. To upgrade your account, contact 1Password Support."

I've cancelled my subscription through Apple, but it is still active until August 4, 2019. Is there any way to convert my individual account to a family account so I can link it to my business account before then?
