Itme count mismatch

Hello, I'm confused by the item count mismatch across my three Apple devices + Dropbox.

I'm using 1Password 6.8.9 on two different OSX Macs (10.14.5 Mojave) and on my iPhone (I think it's version 7.3.3 but i'm not certain).

My desktop iMac is my main computer and where I do most of my work, and its item count is 485. But on my Macbook laptop and my iphone, item count is 461 in both cases. I use 1Password on my Laptop and iPhone only occasionally, and it is safe to assume that my iMac is the "master file".

As far as I am aware, all three devices are syncing to the same Dropbox account, but to be honest I don't really understand your folder/file structure in Dropbox.

I'd be grateful for any help.

    Hi @jasdun! Welcome to the forum!

    If you are using Dropbox to sync your data, there is not a lot we can do since your data is stored on a third party, but we have a troubleshooting article that focuses on Dropbox. Have you tried all the suggestions in that article already?
