Hi @nexdude! Welcome to the forum!

Can you please clarify what happens exactly when you try to sign in on your MacBook?

I enter all my credentials and it says my email or security code or password is incorrect

The same credentials are in my iPhone and confirmed they are correct

Are there any oddities with the keyboard on your Mac? Using an AZERTY keyboard instead of QWERTY would cause this problem, as might other keyboard differences.. Just a suggestion from a user, I'm not a staff member. I think there are ther fairly common situations that can give rise to this problem, but that I will leave to the AgileBits people.

Hope you get it settled soon.

Indeed! And character encoding can differ between platforms too. I'm not sure if any of that is relevant in this case, but this information might help someone in a similar situation:

Should I use special characters in my Master Password?

If you forgot your Master Password or you can’t unlock 1Password

    Cheers! :)
