1Password Autofill icon blocks keyboard

Hello

On my wife's Samsung 9 Plus we are trying to access her bank application. It wants 6 digit PIN code. When we try to write numbers, 1Password Autofill icon pops up and it can't be disabled. When I try to click on numbers or close Autofill, it pops up again and I am not able to see my keyboard.

Only workaround was, I added bank login into 1Password and manually selected it via Autofill. Normally it should have asked for my login credentials and then save it, if I wanted.

Hi @Naxterra. Thanks for reaching out. The Autofill prompt is provided by the system, so we can't dismiss it. However, if Accessibility is in charge of filling in a given app, 1Password will indeed be able to dismiss that prompt, in which case you'll see an X in the prompt to close it. If you're not seeing this, unfortunately we don't have a way to dismiss it.

However, it may be possible to exclude certain apps from Autofill. I'll pass your request for this feature on to our development team.
