Why does 1PasswordX keep popping up on a new install of Chrome?

I handle IT for our small company. I have to install lots of windows machines lately. When I login to Chrome, it syncs all my plugins. For some reason, 1PasswordX opens a new tab every time I open Chrome and asks me to login. I do not want to.

This might be helpful the first time, but it becomes extremely obnoxiously after the first time I decline to login. Make it stop, please.

@daneaston: Just to make sure we're on the same page here, it sounds like you have 1Password X installed but haven't actually set it up with any account yet. Is that correct?
