Adding people to teams not syncing additional vaults?

I have had multiple team members report issues about syncing vaults.

Once they sign up and I assign them to a team, sometimes their vaults only appear on the website (not in their desktop app)

Has anyone else had this issue / workarounds?

1Password Version: 7.3.1
Extension Version: 4.7.5.90
OS Version: macOS Mojave 10.14.5
Sync Type: 1Password Teams

    Welcome to the 1Password Support Forum. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble on-boarding some of your team members. Are these folks who are already using 1Password separately from your 1Password Teams membership? If so are they following the migration guide? That guide can be found here:
