Refund Personal subscription after Joining Family

I recently purchased a Family Account Subscription and would like to invite my family members. However one of my family members renewed their personal subscription last month (they paid through the year). Is it possible for them to get a refund on their annual personal subscription and connect their account to my family subscription?
