Hello,

I just download this from my Eero subscription and I created account with my email and password. It keeps mentioning a secret key which I do not have. How do I get this or how do I start over?

    I'm really sorry to hear that you're having a hard time finding your Secret Key. For your privacy and security, your Secret Key is only accessible to you. With this said, there are a few different ways to locate your Secret Key by following the handy guide below:

    After you've found your Secret Key, I would recommend printing your Emergency Kit from 1Password.com so that you'll have another copy:
