Upgraded to 1Pass V7 and can no longer use account.

I paid for the 1 pass license a long time ago and have been 1pass for a long time with no issue. I upgraded to V7 when prompted and now I can no longer access anything. I tried just paying the ransom and signing up for a subscription but got an error message. What can I do here?

    I tried deleting V7 and reinstalling V6 and it's too buggy to use. Can't update logins, can't add new ones.

    After reinstalling 1Password 6, have you applied your previous license to the app again?
