Unable to move login item to trash. 1Password database error

Hello 1Password Support team,

when I try to move one login item to the trash, the item remains in the primary vault and I do hear the macOS error message. When I try to edit the login item the following error message shows up:

1Password database error.
Unique Constraint Failed: Items.Profile_Id, Items.Uuid.

Additional facts:

  • I don’t sync across devices
  • I have also tried to disable the local sync
  • I am able to move and delete new items to trash, though

What can I do? I really appreciate any replies.

    Hello ag_ana,

    sure, diagnostic has been created. Ticket ID: [#QYW-31746-173] and [#YSB-72261-358]. I don't know why Thom split up the issue into 2 tickets.
