No icon in Safari

Icon does not show up in safari on latest Mohave macOS using latest version 1Password. Also tried the latest 1Password beta -no go. Tried instructions on site, but still no icon. Reset OS. Unistalled and reinstalled 1Password but no icon.

    Hi @sambagwell! Welcome to the forum!

    If you open Safari Preferences > Extensions tab, can you please make sure that the 1Password extension is enabled there?
