1Password for Windows desktop has stopped working

I'm on Windows 10, I have the latest 1Password, I tried updating .Net, restarting, etc. etc.

  • Thanks for passing this along, @timsayshey, and I'm sorry for the trouble. These sorts of crashes are often caused by misbehaving graphics systems so my first suggestion is always to try reinstalling your graphics drivers:

    1. Right-click Start and select Device Manager.
    2. Expand "Display adapters" and select the device listed there. You may have two, depending on your PC. If so, repeat this process for both.
    3. Right-click the device and select "uninstall" or click the red X near the top of the window to uninstall.
    4. Reboot your PC and allow Windows to reinstall these drivers.

    Try 1Password once more after reinstalling your graphics drivers and let me know if you're still seeing a crash. :+1:
