how do I change my individual plan (6 month trial) to a family plan?
i've gone through the forum and tried the various ways to change the plan - via iTunes (doesn't give me the option) and through the app on my phone - when I click the subscription status button under my acct nothing happens. please advise.

It isn't possible to change membership types while subscribed through a 3rd party billing service. If you'd like to change your existing membership to 1Password Families you would need to first switch to direct billing. Our billing team would be happy to help with that. They can be reached at

. If instead you'd rather sign up for a new 1Password Families membership, and delete the existing one, that would be possible as well. You can read about how to delete the existing membership here:How to delete your 1Password account
