I'm not able to access passwords to my 1password app on IOS 12.

1Password isn't showing any passwords. When I logged in (it was originally configured to use FaceID) I get a message that says: No Logins Found 1password.com. No passwords are visible.

1Password Version: latest
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: ios 12 (latest)
Sync Type: iCloud
Referrer: forum-search:no logins found 1password.com

    Hello @jimbo108,

    Where are you seeing this screen? Is this when you are trying to open 1Password through Safari, such as through AutoFill or the main 1Password app?

    I'm seeing it when logging into the 1Password IOS app, after I click on "all vaults".

    @jimbo108 What do you see when you tap cancel? Block out anything private that you need to.

    I logged in again and it started working again.
