after update to 7.3.712 (Win10) only the password generator comes up when I right-click on tray icon
both the mini-app and the app do not come up. also, my chrome extension has stopped working.

I just updated to 712 and am not experiencing what you are. All appears 'normal'.
Not doubting you, just another user experience.

pls disregard. for some reason the latest Win10 update messed with my graphic card drivers which caused this issue. all back to normal.
