secret key is not working

in 1Password 7 for Windows

1Password will not accept my password so I tried using my email and Secret Key and it is not recognized. I wrote an email last week and still waiting for an answer. Currently I can't use 1Password.

    Hi @rebern,

    I am sorry to hear you are having troubles with 1Password! We usually reply to emails much faster, could you please tell me the Support ID number for your email?

    As for your question at hand: are you able to sign in to your account on 1Password.com in the browser, not in 1Password 7 app? Please let me know. Thanks! :+1:

    I just got an email from Laura Rooke and responded. Yes, I have tried to signing in to 1Password.com and was not successful. Even tried using the Emergency Kit info and it didn't work.

    Since you're in touch with Laura, I'm going to leave you in her capable hands, @rebern. Having conversations happening in multiple places tends to hurt more than it helps so best to keep things in one place moving forward. :chuffed:
