Lost my master password, can you reset my 1Password please?

I installed the app on my former Iphone in march, but didn't use it yet. I have a new Iphone, because last one crashed, the masterpassword is not accepted. Can you please reset for me, so I can make a new one. I already pay for half a year without having used it

    @Jetje: No. We cannot reset your Master Password. The Master Password used to secure your data is not something we ever have access to. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:

    Alternatively, if you're part of a 1Password Family or Team, another Owner, Organizer, or Admin can help you recover your account, so you can create a new Secret Key and Master Password:

    Otherwise you can try as many times as you want. You won't be "locked out", but you will not be able to access your data unless you can enter the required Master Password correctly.

    If you are unable to remember it, we can help you start over. Just send an email to support@1password.com with the details, since it sounds like we will need to apply credit to a new account.
