Unable to login to upgrade .... What am I missing

I have an old account (no secret key). I am trying to finally setup a paid individual account. When I try to setup the account, it says the email is already registered, when I try to log in, it requests the secret key which I do not have. Please let me know what is needed to subscribe to the service using the same userid I have for years... Thanks, B
