The Safari extension indicates that it (or?) "Can read sensitive information for all webpages", and "Can see browsing History for all webpages". Who exactly is seeing this information? Is it being saved? Did v6 extension have the same capability?

    Hi @Pauline!

Who exactly is seeing this information?

The 1Password extension is seeing this information. It needs to in order to do its job of filling your 1Password entries on your websites. But I think I understand what you meant with your question: we at 1Password cannot see anything about what your extension is seeing :)

    Is it being saved?

    No, it's not being saved.

Did v6 extension have the same capability?

Yes, it had the same capabilities

@Pauline You might want to note that most extensions say the same thing. So your other extensions may be looking at what you enter from 1Password. Personally, I only have the 1Password extension installed in Safari.

Thank you for the clarification. I too will keep 1PW as the only extension.
