I need to 1) delete all duplicates. 2) Determine the type and version I have?
Thanks

@Brider - you can always tell what version of 1Password for Mac you're using by clicking the 1Password menu item in your Mac's toolbar and chosing About. That will give you the specific version number (eg. 7.3.2), as well as where you obtained it from - us or the Mac App Store .

Regarding duplicates, there is a duplicate-removal tool available at Tools > Clean up duplicate items, but it doesn't work cross-vault, but only within a given vault. This is intentional, as people often have identical items in multiple vaults (in sharing situations or for other reasons). Did you recently switch from standalone 1Password to a 1password.com membership/account, and you're now noticing a lot of duplicated items? Or do you have both a Primary vault and a 1password.com account in Preferences > Vaults? If so, we'll need to approach this differently than the duplicate removal tool. Let me know what you discover.
