    I updated my iPhone SE to IOS 13 and now when I try to open 1Password I get a Welcome to 1Password Screen but nothing happens when I tap the "Already using 1Password?" text. I tried deleting 1PW and reinstalling it from the App Store and still have this problem. This is very concerning!

    I should add I have a 1PW Family subscription which is good thru 6/24/2020 and should cover use of 1PW on all our Macs and IOS devices.

    @Localboy: Indeed, it looks like you just need to scroll down and setup 1Password as an existing user -- by signing into your 1Password Families account, from the sound of it.
