Retrieving an old account
I started using 1Password in 2017 but failed to pay the subscription in 2018 and wondered how I could retrieve the account or my old passwords please? I cannot use my Backup

Yes but it takes me to opening a new site. I want to retrieve my old 1Password file if possible?

Could you please explain what you mean by "opening a new site"? When you sign in there you should be able to click on your Personal / Private vault and see all of your data.
