Unresponsiveness of Touch id during 1password opening.

in iOS

When i enable touch id to unlock 1password it freezed during lunch time and crashed.
i am using iOS 13.1.1 in iPhone 7 plus

Everytime master password input to open 1password is cumbersome.
Finally i set pin unlock.
Kindly advice how to overcome touch id unresponsiveness.
