switching to new computer and account is frozen on new one but not old one

Switching to a new computer but account is frozen on new one but not old one. also tried switching plans to family but accidentally hit team and now cant switch to family

  • How long doe it usually take? Posted about 45 mins ago on a couple problems I was hoping to solve today but don't seem to be getting any help.
