After upgrade to Catalina 1Password v6 asks for licence

Hi, I've used 1Password v6 for years and no issues. After upgrading to Catalina I'm being told my trial is over, and I need to purchase a licence - which I did years ago. I can't find the licence file, despite following your instructions to find it - no luck.

Please help. I want to carry on using v6.

    @lewischris: Where did you purchase 1Password 6? You'll have an email receipt, and that will tell you how much it cost and also where you got it.

  • I purchased it directly from the AgileBits site in November 2014 - and I can't see an email with a receipt in my inbox and I've looked and looked for it. I also can't find the licence file on my machine.

    Do you have records of my original purchase and licence file AgileBits?

    We would no longer have those records. That said, I would encourage you to write in to us at [email protected] and we'll see what we can do. When you email in to that address you should get an automated reply from BitBot with a support ID. Please post that ID here so we can follow up.
