1Password doesn’t recognise password on Mac mini, ok for iPad?

Since upgrading to 7.4.2 my Mac air doesn’t recognise master password. Works fine on iPad and iPhone
Mac air says it’s version 7.3.2 and up to date
Any ideas welcome

    What version were you using right before updating to 7.3.2? Was it 7.3.1 or did you update from the older 1Password 6?

    I think it was ver 6 and my computer is Mac air. My mistake sorry

    Thank you for the confirmation. If you are able to unlock 1Password on other devices, then I suspect that you might have a different set of vaults on your Mac. The way 1Password unlocks is:

    • If a Primary vault exists then unlock using the Master Password for that vault, regardless of what, if any, memberships are signed in
    • If a single 1Password membership is signed in then unlock using the Master Password for that membership account
    • If multiple memberships are signed in then unlock using the Master Password of the first added membership

    These are each exclusive scenarios. For example, if multiple memberships are signed in, you cannot unlock 1Password using the Master Password of the second account that was added.

    Can you confirm if you configured the 1Password app on this Mac in a different way from your iOS devices?
