Cant sign in to online

Hi, Im having a problem signing in online at https://my.1password.com/signin

I have my email address, my secret Key, and I believe what is my Master Password ( is that the same password as I use to open 1Password on my Mac?) Can the Master Password be reset?

I get "Can’t sign in. Your email address, Secret Key, or Master Password is incorrect."

Stumped!

    Hi @joysprod,

    Have you added your account to 1Password for Windows? If so, if you look in the Personal vault there, there may be a Login item for 1Password.com that contains all of the necessary information.

    Unfortunately Not! Is deleting my account and starting again the only option? If I make a backup from within 1Password can I reload it once I create a new account?

    If ultimately you cannot sign in to your account then deleting it would be the only recourse. You can export your data so that you can re-import it into a new account:
