Unable to download 1Password from App Store to iPad.

When I tap Install, I get the message: "This application requires iOS 12.2 or later. You must update to iOS 12.2 in order to download and use this application."
But when I go to Settings > Software Update, it says: "iOS 10.3.4. Your software is up to date."
My wife and have 1Password on her iMac, on my MacBook Pro, on my Android phone, and on her iPad Pro. I have just acquired an older iPad, and I want 1Password on it. What do I do? Is there an older version that's compatible with my iPad or something?
Thank you.

  • Hi @denke

Unfortunately it sounds as though your older iPad is not capable of meeting the system requirements for 1Password. Sorry about that. :( We cannot recommend the use of iOS 10 on a device connected to the internet. It is no longer supported by Apple and does not generally receive security updates any longer.
