1password on new Mac drive

I have a 1password7 account. Due to computer probIems I had to erase the hard drive on my iMac and am having to reinstall my third party apps. I put my info (email, key, master password on 1password.com but it did not work. I have 1password on my iPad and just used the same info and it worked fine. Not sure how to proceed.

    Hi @ninakf

    If you look in the Personal vault on your iPad do you see a Login item for 1Password.com? If so that item should have all of the details you need, including the correct Master Password. If you have a "Primary" vault on any of the devices, the Master Password you use to unlock 1Password may be different from the one you need for your 1Password.com account. Ideally the Primary vault would be emptied and deleted.
