I have 1Password setup as an Item (Category). It has a different password than what I use to login. Should I delete it?

    Yes.

    Definitely not. That is the correct password. If you're using a different password to unlock 1Password, that would be because you have a legacy 'Primary' vault lingering in your 1Password installation (which should be deleted). If you log in at https://my.1password.com/ do you see all of your data? If so, please delete the Primary vault:

    https://support.1password.com/migrate-1password-account/#set-up-your-other-devices

    You'll then unlock 1Password using the password on that item.
