Can't Access Windows 10 1Password

in 1Password 7 for Windows

I created a 1Password for my Windows 10 desktop, thinking that it would automatically sync with my Mac 1Password accounts as both machines are on the same wifi network. Apparently I was wrong. Is there any sort of cloud storage to be able to access a backup of that password as I'm now locked out of the Windows machine and it seems I'll have to start over completely. Thanks

    I'm sorry, @rjj, I'm not quite following exactly what's giving you trouble here – are you unable to unlock 1Password on your PC or did you change the password for something else on your PC and aren't seeing it on your other devices? I want to make sure I'm answering the right question here so any more detail you can provide would be a great help.
