    Hi @upset_customer

    It is not possible to convert a guest to a member. The only option would be to delete their guest account and re-invite them as a team member. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Vote for account conversion feature. We always invite interns as guests then later they may need more permissions as employees. It's not convenient at the moment with 1Password.
