The program does not work and I can't upgrade because it just keeps telling me to try again later

I am using IMac version 10.15.1 I downloaded 1password 7 but the recent update will not open just says try again later
and the program does not sync to the pages I am trying to open
and I have asked for help previous but no one answered.
