Any update on listing vault users from CLI?

I've found two older threads asking this question.
https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/95676/get-list-of-users-who-have-access-to-a-particular-vault
https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/90660/can-i-list-all-users-in-a-vault-group-using-the-cli

I could also greatly benefit from this for compliance.
At the moment it seems the only way to audit access is manually via the web interface, which scales very poorly.
This feature is supported by some of 1Password's competitors.

Is there any update on whether this feature will ever be implemented?

  • Hi eFzkLnNV,

It is not implemented yet. However as you noted, we have had quite a few requests for this feature, so we're planning on getting it into a future release.

+1 to this because it will let us automate auditing and notification of user & vault access changes. Thanks!

Thanks for chiming in! We'd like to do more in this area in the future, and it helps to know there's interest. Have a great weekend! :)

This has been added in v0.7! You can now do

    op list users --vault=<vault>

to only see users who have access to that vault.
