Hi all,
I have some website which has the option to enable MFA but I have not and they are not detected by watchtower.
I have for example live.com and some other.

So watchtower is not enough accurate.

How can we suggest to watchtower that the MFA is available on websites that are not detected by it?

Thanks
Guillaume

    Hi @guillaumeserton!

Are you using 1Password as an authenticator for these websites, or a separate authenticator app? Because the 1Password app can only know about the websites for which it is acting as an authenticator itself: if you use a third-party app to generate the codes for this account, you need to let 1Password know by adding the 2fa tag to these items ;)

For sure I'm only using 1P as authenticator app :)

Thanks for the feedback. We use twofactorauth.org for this, but it can be a bit odd in some cases with services that use non-TOTP two-factor authentication options, which 1Password does not support. If you have requests for other sites, please let us know the specifics as far as where two-factor is available on them and we can look into it. :)
