Problems upgrading from 1Password 6 family account to 1Password 7 family membership

Currently have 1Password 6.8.9 with a 5 family member account on my Mac (OS 10.14.6) (& other devices).
I also now have 1Password 7.3.2 loaded on my primary Mac where I'm working to upgrade to a 1Password 7 membership.
I'm following various instructions trying to do this and I just go around in circles or don't get anywhere.
I'd like some very explicit instructions
