How do I search for logins that do not have any tags?

I want to better organize my logins but cannot easily determine which logins do and do not already have tags. The Smart Folder feature does not seem to contain a "Does not contain" or "Is blank" feature. Are there any workarounds?

    @CKP_1PWord,

    Have you tried the Number of Tags search option to find the ones with and without tags?

    is 0 should get you without, is greater than 0 should get you with.
