only one of two logins presented on ipad

My wife and I each have an account at a hospital website named patientgateway.partners.org . We have two separate 1Password login records with the same password and website but different user ids.

On my iPad, going to that website in Safari and then touching the login credentials, I am offered my user id and password only. Can I get the 1PW to offer a choice of logins?

    Are both of these logins stored inside the same 1Password vault on your device?

    @Tangible:

    Thank you for the confirmation. When you visit that website in Safari, do you see the button named Passwords above your keyboard? If you do, next to it you should see a smaller button with a key symbol. If you tap on that symbol, 1Password should open and show you all the logins related to that website. Can you please give that a try?
