1Password works on my work laptop but not my home PC

1 Password will not let me sign into my account on my home PC. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've tried contacting support. It won't let me sign in online but works perfectly on my work laptop and personal cell phone. This is incredibly frustrating.
