Account is frozen - don't know who the owner is

Hi, our team 1password account has been frozen (presumably due to subscription issue)
I am a manager on the admin side but we don't know who our primary account owner is. It could be someone who has left, so we can't access any information about billing and re-subscribing.

Can you help identify / transfer over the powers so that we can unfreeze our account?

We have lots of unhappy team members unable to access passwords!
