My iOS app can't sign in

My iPhone XR installs the 1Password app, but I can't sign in to the app. It always says "The internet connection appears to be offline", but I do have connections with my phone. The other side MacOS and Chrome can sign-in successful.

OS Version: iOS 13.3

    Hi @Rayon,

    I'm sorry for the trouble. Please try using https://my.1password.com as the sign-in address. Also, it appears you're on cellular data. Please make sure 1Password has access to use cellular data (Settings.app > Cellular > Cellular Data > make sure 1Password is turned on). Does that help?
