Help me figure out how to install old account

I have a new iPad Pro and i downloaded the new version for IOS. I installed it and it does not see the old data.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Not Provided

    Hi @traceyshafroth! Welcome to the forum!

    If your old data is in iCloud, have you chosen the iCloud option in the first window, right after you installed 1Password on your iPad Pro, when you were prompted to select where your data is stored?

    I had that happen also. What is the fix? Delete and redownload//install?

    That is an option yes, but you can also simply add your old data to the app under 1Password 1Password > 1Password and enabling the Enable Standalone Vaults option.
