I am running Microsoft Edge on my Mac using the 1PasswordX extension. I cannot get touch ID to work. I have read the page on desktop integration and it implies that as long as you have the latest extension with the lastest app it should work. I also read in a support post about copying the json file into ~\Library\Application Support\Microsoft Edge\NativeMessagingHosts, which I've done. What am I doing wrong?

Maybe I'm not understanding what desktop integration is. Should I be able to open the Edge 1PW extension using touch ID?

    Hi @edbro!

    In order for Desktop App Integration to work, you will need both the beta version of 1Password X, and the beta version of 1Password for Mac. From the system information you posted, it looks like you are running the stable versions of both instead.
