Hello,

Today I could not log into an account (the credentials for the account are shared between staff).
The reason was because my laptop's time was 1 hour behind the person's who set up the MFA.

As it turns out the MFA code uses the local time of the person who set up the credentials.

I incorrectly assumed that 1Password would be able to correct for this but it does not.

Is there a way to configure 1Password to adjust for timezones when calculating the MFA codes?

    Hey there @ben_slabbert. Thanks for reaching out!

    The MFA calculation shouldn't be affected by your time zone, as long as your clock is set correctly (matching the time zone your computer thinks you're in). Can you check to make sure that's the case then see if that MFA code will fill for you?
