Family member asking to log in with My Family account password

My husband is part of my 1Password family account. He can log in to his 1Password and see his passwords but is not able to edit anything because it's asking for my family account password. I gave him my master password but that's not it. What is the program asking for?

    He can log in to his 1Password and see his passwords but is not able to edit anything because it's asking for my family account password.

    If he can login to his 1Password account, he should also be able to edit, since the credentials are the same. Is this happening in a browser on 1Password.com or inside a 1Password app?
